Hi Claire! Apologies for this tardy reply. Well, their characters begin to emerge during the stuffing process; i can tell roughly what sort of bear i'm dealing with as soon as the eyes are in and by the time they are smiling their smiles, they are fully rounded individuals. Happy Christmas! x
